Product Update: Streamline Your Search, Improve Performance Tracking, and Provide Accurate Sentiment Analysis
Tired of manually counting and tallying the influencer content from your campaigns? Do you want to streamline your search for the most active and relevant influencers? We've recently added three new features to our influencer marketing platform that can help you do all of that and more.
In this article, we'll take a closer look at each of these features and how they can benefit your brand.
1. Number of content pieces posted:
Users now have the ability to quickly check the performance of influencers and their content output. A new feature in the Invitations tab allows users to view the number of content pieces published by each influencer. They can also sort influencers based on the count of posts, making it easier to keep track of their progress.
Previously, users had to manually count and tally the count of content posted, which was time-consuming and error-prone. With the new feature, they can get a complete view of each influencer post, making it easier to incentivize them based on their performance.
Moreover, users can export influencer data and view content stats in the CSV sheet. By pairing this feature with influencer performance comparison and compensation incentives, they can further enhance their experience.
2. Three added filters on YouTube search:
Users can now filter their search to find YouTube influencers with contact information, streamlining the search process and only showing influencers that can be contacted via email or phone.
Additionally, hashtag and caption search is available in Interests, allowing brands to find influencers who frequently use a specific hashtag or caption in their bio or posts. Lastly, a new filter has been added to search for influencers based on their last activity to find the most active and trending influencers based on their recent content.
These features provide users with more control over their influencer search, making it easier to find the right influencers for their brand.
3. Replies included in Sentiment Analysis feature:
The Replies update in the Campaign report allows users to get a more complete and accurate picture of the sentiment surrounding their brand, since replies were previously not treated as comments. With this new feature, brands can gain deeper insights into their audience's sentiment and adjust their strategies accordingly.
